Affiliate Disclosure

blacktopsocks.com is a casino review website that earns affiliate commissions when you click through to casinos featured on our site and complete qualifying actions, such as registering an account or making a deposit. These commissions help support the operation and maintenance of our website.

Commission Earnings Do Not Influence Our Reviews

We want to be absolutely clear: the affiliate commissions we earn do NOT influence our editorial rankings, casino reviews, or recommendations. Our review process is independent and based on thorough analysis of each casino's features, security, player experience, and value proposition. We maintain editorial integrity by separating our business relationships from our review methodology.

How to Identify Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on blacktopsocks.com are typically clearly marked with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or similar indicators. When you click these links and proceed to a casino operator's website, you are following an affiliate referral link. You can verify this by checking the URL or link destination before clicking.

Australian Compliance Statement

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and the Australian Consumer Law. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest representation of our commercial relationships.
